If an exchange or replacement bottle is to be sent out, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, as the shipper is responsible for it until it arrives at our facility.
SHIPPING INFO
All orders ship out Monday through Friday from USPS each week. They are assigned a tracking number and that will be automatically emailed to you once it’s fulfilled in the warehouse. We do not ship out over the weekend, so any orders placed Friday afternoon till Monday will be shipped out Monday or Tuesday afternoon. USPS scans the item into their facility and this may take up to 1-2 days to complete to be able to properly track your order. We do not currently ship out side of the continental US. Damaged Shipments:
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. USPS updates orders once they arrive at their processing center from our warehouse so please check with them for updates once we've shipped it using the tracking number you receive via email.
